Junction Tokyo is a 48-hour event hosted by Slush Asia on 28-30th of April. Prior to the event online registration is required. This includes a written application containing personal details as well as other content.

The personal details collected through this application will be handled and treated according to these terms and conditions. Furthermore, the registration is held accountable by Act on the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 57 of (2003).


By submitting your application you consent to giving your contact details, any information and images you provide to Slush Asia. Slush Asia retains the right to share these with official partners and affiliates. We will never release your personal details to any unassociated 3rd party entities, nor will it sell your personal details for profit to any 3rd party entity.

 Any information you provide will be used for the purpose of processing your application to enter Junction Tokyo. This may include sharing content submitted by you to our official partners and affiliates.


By agreeing to the T&C’s you consent to receiving marketing material and updates regarding Junction Tokyo. You have the option opt-out at any given time. The best way to ask for this opt-out would be to give us an email with your name and request for opt-out to the email ‘junctionasia-at-gmail(dot)com’

By submitting your application you agree to all of the terms stated above.


By agreeing to the T&Cs you consent to being filmed and/or photographed at the actual event. Furthermore, you consent to any pictures which include you to be shared on official Slush Asia media channels. Slush Asia will never sell the content created by Slush Asia or official partners to 3rd party entities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property produced at the event is owned solely by the participants and their team.

These T&Cs are enforced by the Japanese law, any disagreements will be resolved in the Tokyo District Court.


Exception for citizens of the EU: The EU usually implements such laws such as Safe Harbor law and others. However, as this event is being held in Tokyo, the Tokyo District Court and its laws shall apply, and we will not be making our websites, sign-up forms, or any other materials compliant to EU digital-privacy laws.
